Terms of Use

We may change these terms at any time, you should review these terms on a regular basis, any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the content. If you do not stop using the content, then your use of it will continue under the changed terms.

The content is provided for your personal use only and may not be transferred, loaned, or offered, to any other person or entity without our express written permission.

A Single User license covers use of the content on one mobile device.  If you intend to use the content on more than one mobile device, you may do so only if you have purchased a Multiple User License by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend, or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time at our sole discretion without notice to you and without refund of any fees.  In the event of such suspension or discontinuance of service, your right to use the affected content ceases.

All content provided hereunder is subject to modification, rotation, substitution, or removal at any time at our sole discretion.  A license shall be deemed to cover the content as constituted and available at the time of each use.   No refunds will be provided as a result of any such modifications, rotations, substitutions, or removals of content.

Your license is subject to immediate termination if you violate these terms or misuse or abuse the service.  In such a situation, we may revoke your access to the content without notice to you and without the refund of any fees.

We reserve the right to limit your access to the content for site maintenance, actual or suspected misuse or abuse of the service, or due to bandwidth limitations.  We will use our best efforts to resolve such situations as soon as practicable, but users are not guaranteed unlimited or unrestricted use of the content on an around-the-clock basis.

We are not responsible for service interruptions of any type whatsoever including, but not limited to, users’ inability to access the content whether or not caused by our actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of third parties, or any other causes, natural or otherwise.  We make no warranties that the content will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We will use our best efforts to provide technical support and to correct any software deficiencies but there is no guarantee that any particular content will function as you would like it to.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your mobile device(s) satisfy the system/operating requirements of the content, including any and all necessary plug-ins, content requires internet access and is accessed in the Safari browser. Unless otherwise specified all content is licensed for 180 days. Games Bundles are licensed for 999 days. You are are solely responsible for all costs and charges, including phone charges and telecommunications equipment costs, incurred to access or use the content.

In no event will we be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, actual, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on or resulting from the provision of, or failure to provide, mobile content or resulting from any errors or omissions in the content, regardless of the basis upon which such liability is claimed. The use of the content is at your sole risk and you are solely responsible for any damage done to any devices or any loss of data that results from the use of the content. 

You should not use the content while driving or while engaging in situations where distractions can create a risk of damage to person or property.

You are solely responsible if your mobile device falls, breaks, or is otherwise compromised while the content is being used and we have no liability related thereto.

We may assign the provision of services hereunder at any time with or without notice to you.

The special limited time Create your own iPhone stylus publication, only includes a publication and not an actual TapRight stylus. There is no guarantee the stylus create pursuant to the publication will work effectively for each individual.

Product is non-refundable. All sales final.
