Thank you for your interest in the Neighborhood, the iPhone and iPod touch gaming community that aims to take a community-centric approach to mobile content creation and consumption. You can upload your game to the Neighborhood for other people to play.
Getting Started
To start creating your game, click here to download the free Adventure Maker 4.5, the no-code or scripting necessary software to create your own iPhone and iPod touch games. Now, anybody can simply and quickly become a game creator. Adventure Maker 4.5 works on Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you are using an Apple Mac, Adventure Maker can run with Apple Boot Camp, Parallels Desktop, and VMWare Fusion.
Once you complete your game in Adventure Maker, click here for simple instructions on how to upload it for immediate display in the Neighborhood.
The Technicalities
You can designate your game as a Town Square game. As a Town Square game, it will be licensed to fellow community members for $2.99. The $2.99 payment goes directly and immediately to your PayPal account. Then at the end of each month the Neighborhood will invoice you via PayPal $1.25 per game licensed during that month. Alternatively, you can upload your game as a Green House game. As a Green House game, it will be provided free to all to enjoy.
The Fine Print
By uploading your game, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✓ You, the game creator, warrant that the game you upload does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, patent, and privacy. You agree to indemnify and hold the Neighborhood and related companies harmless and accept responsibility for any costs, expenses, or liability if you violate said warranty.

✓ The Neighborhood reserves the right to remove any game at any time for any reason at its sole discretion. If such removal occurs, game creator remains liable for any fees owed to the Neighborhood as a result of sales which occurred prior to such removal.

✓ The Neighborhood and related companies reserve the right to showcase game images, screenshots, titles, and descriptions, or any other information or images you provide to us in advertising materials at no charge.

✓ Monthly sales fees are due within 10 days of your receipt of an invoice via PayPal.

✓ The customer directly licenses the game from you, as a result the payment is directly sent to the PayPal email address you specified. Any issues relating to the PayPal payments are between you, PayPal, and your customer.
